Captain's Reserve is what happens when a young producer refuses to follow the map.

Our farmer took a risk most farmers won't: 48 hours of wet fermentation with beer yeast, followed by 14 days of dry fermentation. The result? A coffee you literally cannot find anywhere else. Bold, fruity, complex—this is coffee for those who chart their own course.

We named it Captain's Reserve because this is the stash we'd keep on our ship as we sail coffee from Guatemala to the Gulf Coast. The exclusive batch. The one that breaks the rules and proves why adventure matters.
